Some things are worth savouring slowly. This Vietnamese-inspired cold brew is one of them β rich, creamy, and dangerously easy to make at home.
Ingredients
- 60ml Mr Bean Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
- 400ml sweetened condensed milk
- ΒΌ cup half & half cream (or full cream milk)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice
Method
- Make your vanilla cream: combine the condensed milk, cream and vanilla extract in a mason jar with ice. Seal and shake well until blended and smooth.
- Fill a glass with ice, pour in 60ml of Mr Bean Cold Brew Concentrate, then add 2 tbsp of your vanilla cream.
- Stir gently, sip slowly, and enjoy.
Your vanilla cream will keep in the fridge for up to a week β if it lasts that long.
