Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

A fresh and delish twist on everyone's favourite cocktail! 

 

- INGREDIENTS -
• 70ml of Baileys Irish Cream *Salted Caramel Flavour
• 60ml Ron Zacapa Rum 23
• 120ml Mr Bean Cold Brew
• 1 Cup of chocolate chips
• Crushed Pretzels for garnish

- METHOD -
• Melt chocolate chips
• Place the rim of a martini glass in the melted chocolate and dust with crushed Pretzels.
• Combine Baileys, Ron Zacapa Rum 23 and Mr Bean in a cocktail shaker with ice.
• HARD SHAKE and strain mixture into garnished glass.
• Welcome to your new favourite cocktail!
